Chef Chris Ferris will prepare an Italian inspired dinner and Sarah Andro will pair and discuss appropriate wines with each course. Chris, owner of Christine’s Catering , is the Chef Consultant at Grand River Grocery and cooks part time at Ox-Bow in Saugatuck. Before settling in Michigan, Chris lived in California and studied under the famous chef Alice Waters.
Sarah Andro is the wine buyer at Grand River Grocery and also manages the catering department. She has an extensive history in the Grand Rapids restaurant business including Bar Divani and The Chop House. Restrictions: Expires One Year from Date of Purchase.
