The 2007 JDRF Children's Congress will take place from June 17-20, 2007. If your child is between the ages of 4 -17 and has type 1 diabetes, you may apply. Please click here to apply for Children's Congress and to view the Children's Congress video.

Promise to Remember Me - The JDRF Promise to Remember Me Campaign asks Members of Congress to "promise to remember" those affected by diabetes when making decisions regarding federal policies that will speed our path to a cure for the disease. Families affected by diabetes meet with their Representatives and Senators during local town hall meetings, in local offices, and at events throughout the country. Sign up as an Advocate - JDRF advocates are moms, dads, siblings, friends, kids and adults like you. Together, our advocates make up one of the most powerful and passionate groups of volunteers in history — raising awareness and support for vital issues that will advance research to find a cure for type 1 diabetes and its complications.

JDRF Advocacy Information - Not since AIDS activists stormed scientific meetings in the 1980s has a patient group done more to set the agenda of medical research . Click here to find out Who We Are, What We Do, How Far We've Come and How You Can Help.

JDRF Advocacy Issues - Click here to find out more information about the current Government Relations issues JDRF is working on including Funding, Transplant Policies, SCNT and others.

Artificial Pancreas Project - To make the artificial pancreas a reality, JDRF has begun an aggressive campaign to research the benefits of continuous glucose monitoring and artificial pancreas technology on patients with type 1 diabetes. We will also play a role in speeding approval and health insurance coverage of these treatments and devices.
