Support Group for Type 1 Diabetes - More Than Numbers
Name of Group: More Than Numbers - for people that have or know someone with type 1or type 2 diabetes.
When: We meet the 3rd Wednesday of every month from 6PM-8PM at MMPC Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology in the 3rd floor conference room.
Where: The address is 4069 Lake Drive, Grand Rapids, MI 49546.
More Info: Dinner is provided by Lantus so RSVP's are requested so we have a dinner count. We try to have a speaker every month (if you have any contacts for speakers let me know). This month (Jan 20) we are having a podiatrist.

Grand Rapids Support Group for Type 1 and 2 Diabetics
Type 1 & Type 2 Diabetes Support Group: Meets in the daytime(odd months, 2nd Friday 10:30am-noon); Nov. 9th it will be at Spectrum Health-Marywood.  We also have an evening support group- usually the 3rd Wednesday at 7pm-8:30pm at Kent Community Hospital.  If you have any questions or want to get on the mailing lists (daytime, evening), please call Pat O'Neill, RD,CDE (616)391-9897.  If you plan on attending a meeting, please call to confirm the time and location.
