- Recruite a School Leader - someone to hand out supplies, collect the money
- Decide what kind of program (educational and fundraising or just fundraising) the school would like to participate in

- Fundraising Ideas (do one, do them all!):
- Caps for a Cure - kids & teachers pay $5 to wear their favorite hat to school all day!
- Jeans Day - Teachers pay $5 to wear jeans on a given Friday.
- Sneaker Sale (competition for grades/classrooms) - each grade sells sneakers to parents/family/friends and the grade with the most sneakers sold (Whose got the most ...around the gym? down the hall?) gets an incentive (extra long recess one day? a party in the gym?)
- Dimes for Diabetes Campaign - each child is given a bank to take home and get donations. Money is brought back to school in the bank. After money is collected, the students can keep the bank
